About our Client and the Role of Case Manager:

We are recruiting for an established and growing Bridging, commercial mortgage, and development finance lender. Join our team as a Case Manager/Sales Administrator. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of experience in the bridging sector and a keen interest in further developing their career in this field.

Responsibilities:

• Create and organize case files and terms
• Chase terms within set deadlines and timescales
• Update the internal CRM system
• Collaborate closely with the underwriting team
• Instruct surveyors, lawyers, QS, etc.
• Book broker appointments with BDMs
• Request and chase feefo reviews weekly

Experience Required:

• Case Management or Sales Administration experience, preferably with a Bridging lender
