Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Case Manager role located in Bridgwater at Nexus IFA Limited. The Case Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating client cases, processing applications for mortgage, life, pension and investments. Communicating with clients and advisers via email and telephone and providing administrative support within a busy office environment.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths, GCSE English, Word, Excel, Case Management, and Client Relationship Management skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of financial products and services
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
