Guildford-based role within the Surrey Police Criminal Justice Unit, seconded to Sussex Police, leading the Online Allegations & Road Traffic Collision Digital Administration Teams. • Desirable experience of leading and supervising a team (minimum 12 months).
• Proven experience in road traffic or ability to quickly learn a new field.
• Proactive, self‑driven with a focus on achieving team performance goals.

• Strong interpersonal and customer service approach in communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Online Allegations & Road Traffic Collision Digital Administration Teams; direct line management for ~5 staff.
• Lead delivery of service against SLAs; drive performance and standards.
• Build relationships with partner agencies to ensure efficient, professional service.
• Manage day‑to‑day workload of the team; adapt plans as needed.
• Support court appearance requirements when necessary and maintain processes.
