Sussex Police is recruiting for a Police Staff Mobile Enforcement Officer to join the Surrey Safety Camera Partnership near Guildford. You will contribute to detecting offences and enforcing speed limits using mobile devices as part of the Force's casualty reduction commitment.

The role requires a valid driving licence, willingness to work fixed shifts including weekends, and training in speed detection devices. Competitive unsocial hours payment applies.

Qualifications

• Good investigative and communication skills with the ability to use a computer for administrative purposes.
• Ideally knowledge of the law relating to camera detected offences, including s172 RTA 88.
• A valid driving licence to drive a motor vehicle on police business is essential.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to the detection and enforcement of camera identified offences using mobile enforcement technology.
• Work within a collaborative unit shared by Surrey Police and Sussex Police.
• Complete training for equipment and driving assessments as required.
