In this role, you will work alongside experienced lecturers, delivering practical Carpentry sessions, supporting learners in the workshop, maintaining a safe learning environment and ensuring equipment and resources are prepared for practical activities. You will also supervise learners during practical sessions, reinforce key skills and help students develop the confidence and practical ability needed to succeed in industry.
The ideal candidate will have practical Carpentry experience, a Level 2 qualification or above in Carpentry or Joinery and a good understanding of health and safety within a workshop or site environment. You will be enthusiastic about developing others and looking for a long‑term career in education.
