Salary: GBP27000 - GBP27000 per annum

In this role, you will work alongside experienced lecturers, delivering practical Construction sessions, supporting learners in the workshop, maintaining a safe learning environment and ensuring equipment and resources are prepared for practical activities. You will also supervise learners during practical sessions, reinforce key skills and help students develop the confidence and practical ability needed to succeed in industry.
The ideal candidate will have practical Construction experience, a Level 2 qualification or above in a Construction-related discipline and a good understanding of health and safety within a workshop or site environment. You will be enthusiastic about developing others and looking for a long-term career in education.
