Job summary

• Recognised trade qualification in Carpentry, Joinery, Building Maintenance, Construction or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years experience maintaining doors, locks, windows, flooring, furniture and internal finishes.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive and planned maintenance across the College estate.
• Focus on carpentry and building fabric maintenance including repairs of doors, locks, windows, furniture, flooring, ceilings and internal fittings.
• Support the Estates/Facilities team to ensure safety, compliance and high standards of presentation.
