Stow Healthcare Group is seeking a Carpenter/Multi Trader Operative to help keep our care homes safe, comfortable and well maintained for residents and staff. You will report to the Home Manager and Group Maintenance Manager and work across our portfolio of homes.

Key duties include practical carpentry and general maintenance, supporting fire safety requirements and maintaining high standards of health and safety. On-site role with opportunities for professional development and benefits.

Qualifications

• Perform a variety of property maintenance tasks including carpentry, joinery and refurbishments.
• Willingness to complete training and support fire safety requirements.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with colleagues, contractors and suppliers.
• Cost-conscious approach to purchasing and sourcing materials.
• Excellent reliability, attendance and a proactive mindset.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe, compliant and welcoming environment.
