Job summary

Clarion Housing Group is seeking an experienced Carpenter with floor laying and related trades to join our maintenance team, covering Stevenage, Watford and surrounding areas. Salary £34,359–£42,759 plus van, tools, company bonus scheme and regular overtime.

This is a 40-hour per week, permanent role based in Stevenage and Watford. You will perform maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs across various trades, delivering a first-class service.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry and floor laying with ability to carry out repairs and maintenance.
• Good customer care and reliable performance essential.
• Valid UK driving licence required; company vehicle provided.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs and void works.
• Complete works efficiently and within required deadlines.
• Undertake property MOTs across Stevenage, Watford and surrounding areas.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Carpenter who has skills in Floor laying and other trades to join our team!!! We’re looking for someone who can deliver a first class service to our properties covering Stevenage, Watford and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works & property MOTs connected with all aspects of their specialist trades and any secondary trades. The works shall be carried out in an efficient way and completed within required deadlines.
