Job summary

Randstad CPE is recruiting a multi-trade kitchen fitter for a maintenance contractor delivering upgrades on local authority properties. The role covers kitchen fitting, carpentry, plumbing, tiling and other trades to a high standard.

Responsibilities include delivering high-quality service, maintaining customer relationships, and working as part of a trades team to meet tight timescales. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of materials and methods used in the building and maintenance industry.
• Full current driving licence.
• Competent to complete a wide variety carpentry, plumbing and other trade tasks at multiskilled level.
• Demonstrable experience with a variety of carpentry and plumbing works across a variety of properties.
• Experience of working as part of a trade team delivering to tight timescales.
• Ability to undertake physically demanding work.
