Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Carpentry & Joinery or equivalent.
• CSCS card holder.
• PASMA or Working at Heights certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver responsive repairs across occupied residential properties.
• Carry out carpentry works including doors and timber repairs.
• Undertake multi-trade tasks (plastering, tiling, plumbing, decorating).
• Record work orders and job completion on PDA/mobile systems.
• Maintain health and safety on site.
• Collaborate with supervisors and planners to meet deadlines.
