Job summary

Niyaa People Ltd is recruiting a Carpenter Multi Trade for a temporary contract in Peterborough. You will join a dedicated repairs team and work on occupied and void properties, performing carpentry and joinery repairs and 2nd fix tasks while upholding high workmanship standards.

The role offers Monday-Friday 08:00-16:30, with overtime opportunities and permanent, secure employment. A company van and fuel card are provided for work travel within the Peterborough area.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Carpenter or Joiner is essential.
• Previous multi-trade repair experience is required.
• Experience working within social housing is preferred.
• Full UK driving licence and reliable commute to sites.

Responsibilities

• Carry out carpentry and joinery repairs.
• Complete 2nd fix carpentry tasks.
• Handle minor multi-trade repairs across sites.
• Work across occupied homes and void properties to a high standard.

• Completing 2nd fix carpentry
• Carrying out minor multi-trade repairs

• Experience as a Carpenter or Joiner
