Job summary

Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced Carpenter Multi-Trader to join our reactive maintenance team, performing carpentry repairs in occupied domestic properties. The role involves delivering high standards with minimal disruption to residents and providing excellent customer service on every visit.

You will work Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week, in Walton on Thames, with a van and fuel card supplied and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• NVQ or City & Guilds Level 2 in Carpentry or an equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience working in social housing, council, or domestic repairs.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete a variety of carpentry repairs in domestic and social housing settings.
• Ensure all works are completed to a high standard with minimal disruption to residents.

About the Role: Build Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced Carpenter Multi-Trader to join our client's reactive maintenance team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in occupied domestic properties, carrying out a range of carpentry repairs and associated general maintenance tasks.

Requirements

• NVQ or City & Guilds L2 in Carpentry or relevant qualification
• Proven experience working in social housing, council, or domestic repairs
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Ability to carry out secondary trades (desirable)
