Job summary

Niyaa People Ltd is recruiting a Carpenter Multi Trade for a permanent role covering Milton Keynes. You will join a dedicated repairs team working across occupied homes and void properties, performing carpentry and joinery repairs, including 2nd fix carpentry, and minor multi-trade repairs.

Ideal candidates hold a recognised carpentry trade qualification, with social housing experience and a full UK driving licence, and are looking for a permanent, secure role with a clear workload in a

Join a well-established social housing contractor on a permanent contract working across Milton Keynes. As a Carpenter Multi Trade, you’ll be part of a dedicated repairs team working across occupied homes and void properties.

I’d love to hear from anyone who has worked as a Carpenter, Joiner or Multi Trade Operative within social housing.

As a Carpenter Multi Trade, you will be:

• Carrying out carpentry and joinery repairs
• Completing 2nd fix carpentry
• Carrying out minor multi-trade repairs
• Working across occupied and void properties
• Completing work to a high standard

The Carpenter Multi Trade role is offering:

• £37,500 per year
• Company van and fuel card
• 35 days annual leave including bank holidays
• Overtime opportunities
• Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:30 core hours
• Permanent, secure employment
• Consistent workload within your dedicated area
