Job summary

Niyaa People Ltd in Brighton is seeking a Carpenter Multi Trade to join a social housing repairs team on a permanent basis, working across occupied homes and void properties.

You will carry out carpentry and joinery repairs, 2nd fix carpentry, and minor multi-trade repairs, with a focus on high standards of workmanship and consistent workload in your dedicated area.

Qualifications

• A recognised carpentry trade qualification is required.
• Previous social housing experience is preferred.
• Experience as a Carpenter or Joiner is desirable.
• Multi-trade repair experience is beneficial.
• A full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out carpentry and joinery repairs.

• £37,500 per year
