Job summary

Niyaa People Ltd. is seeking a Carpenter Multi Trade for a permanent role serving Northamptonshire.

You will join a busy repairs team, performing 2nd fix carpentry, joinery, plumbing, plastering and tiling across domestic properties. The ideal candidate holds a recognised carpentry qualification and has experience as a Carpenter or Joiner with multi-trade capabilities, including plumbing, plastering and tiling, plus a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Must have a recognised carpentry qualification.
• Experience as a Carpenter or Joiner.
• Experience with 2nd fix carpentry.
• Multi-trade experience including plumbing, plastering and tiling.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Experience in social housing or property maintenance is desirable.

Job description

Join a well-established property maintenance contractor on a permanent contract working across Northamptonshire. As a Carpenter Multi Trade, you'll be part of a busy day-to-day repairs team, carrying out carpentry and minor multi-trade works in domestic properties.

As a Carpenter Multi Trade, you will be:

• Completing patch plastering
