Job summary

Niyaa People is seeking an experienced Carpenter Multi Trade to carry out day-to-day responsive repairs in social housing properties across Northampton. The role is temp-to-perm with a company van and fuel card provided from day one.

You'll complete first and second-fix carpentry, minor plumbing, patch plastering and tiling, working in occupied properties. A recognised Carpentry qualification (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent) and a full UK driving licence are required; salary ranges up to £38k with

Qualifications

• Experience working in social housing or responsive repairs.
• Recognised Carpentry qualification (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent).
• Carpentry and multi-trade experience.
• Full UK driving licence.

• Call-out rota increasing earnings to around £38,000 per year
