Job summary

Niyaa People is seeking an experienced Carpenter Multi Trade to carry out responsive repairs in social housing properties across Spalding on an initial three-month contract with potential for extension. You will work on first and second-fix carpentry, basic plumbing, plastering, and tiling in occupied homes.

You will need a full UK driving licence, your own van and tools, and proven experience in social housing or responsive repairs.
