Job summary

Niyaa People is seeking a Carpenter Multi for a large Woking contractor. You will provide responsive maintenance within domestic properties and gain entry when needed, ensuring安全 and high-quality workmanship.

The role involves kitchen installations, door work, and using communication devices to coordinate tasks. A UK driving licence and a DBS check are required, with a full-time, on-site setup and vehicle provided.

Qualifications

• Trade experience within the residential repairs sector.
• Experience of kitchen installations including 1st and 2nd fix.
• Experience of fire door installation.
• Knowledge of residential building regulations.
• Has NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Carpentry.
• A full UK driving licence.
• A DBS check will be required before commencing the role.

Responsibilities

• Fit and fix mortice latch and latch set, multipoint locks, door hanging and lining.
• Gain entry and make safe to properties.
• All aspects of kitchen installation with mitred worktop joints and flooring.
• Able to use the phone and PDA to communicate effectively.

Join a large contractor in Woking and start with a company van, fuel card, and all essential tools from day one. As a Carpenter Multi, you'll responsible in providing a responsive maintenance and repair within domestic properties.

I'd be keen to see applications from anyone with experience in general building trades, whether you've previously worked as a Kitchen Fitter, Fire Door Fitter, or Joiner.

As a Carpenter Multi, you will be:

• Fit and Fix Mortice Latch and Latch set, multipoint locks, Door Hanging, Door Lining and Rebated framework
• Gain entry and make safe to properties
• All aspects of kitchen installation with mitred worktop joints and flooring
• Able to use the phone and PDA to communicate effectively
