Job summary

Niyaa People is seeking a Carpenter Multi Trade for a permanent role working across Northamptonshire. You will join a busy repairs team carrying out carpentry and minor multi-trade works in domestic properties, including 2nd fix carpentry, plumbing, plastering and tiling.

The ideal candidate will have a recognised carpentry qualification, experience as a carpenter or joiner, and a full UK driving licence. Social housing/property maintenance experience is desirable.

• Experience with 2nd fix carpentry.
• Multi-trade experience including plumbing, plastering, and tiling.

Job description

Join a well-established property maintenance contractor on a permanent contract working across Northamptonshire. As a Carpenter Multi Trade, you'll be part of a busy day-to-day repairs team, carrying out carpentry and minor multi-trade works in domestic properties.

As a Carpenter Multi Trade, you will be:

• Completing 2nd fix carpentry and joinery
• Carrying out 2nd fix plumbing
• Completing patch plastering
• Carrying out tiling
• Working on day-to-day repairs

The Carpenter Multi Trade role is offering:

• £35,500 per year

This role is based across Northamptonshire. A company van and fuel card are provided, making travel between properties straightforward.
