Job summary

Regen Solutions is seeking an experienced Carpenter Multi to cover Enfield, North and East London for a large social housing contractor. The role offers a temp-to-perm pathway, with a 42.5-hour week and a company van with a fuel card provided.

The candidate will carry out general maintenance, including plumbing, carpentry, plastering, tiling, and decorating on occupied and void properties. A main trade in carpentry or plumbing is required, along with UK driving credentials.

Qualifications

• Has social/domestic housing experience.
• Must hold a full UK driving license.
• Must have multiple trades (carpentry/plumbing) across the role.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general maintenance on occupied and void properties.
• Carry out repairs in Plumbing, Carpentry, Plastering and Tiling.
• Carry out painting and decorating.
• Work across North and East London with social housing tenants.

Property Services - Social Housing

£20 - £22 per hour, 42.5 hours per week minimum + company van and fuel card supplied.

Temp to Perm position

Regen Solutions are currently looking for experienced Carpenter Multi to carry out works for a large social housing contractor in social and domestic properties across North and East London.

This position is a temp to perm role for a well-established social housing maintenance contractor who provide some fantastic career benefits, Van and fuel card, holidays, pension contribution etc.

Duties of the Carpenter Multi Trader:

• Carrying out General Maintenance on occupied and void properties
• Plumbing, Carpentry, Plastering and Tiling repairs.
• Painting and decorating
• Must have a main trade of either carpentry or plumbing.

Experience of the Carpenter Multi:

• Must have social/domestic housing experience.
• A full UK driving license.
• Must have multiple trades.
