Job summary

Carpenter Multi - Property Services is seeking a carpenter to perform responsive repairs and maintenance on domestic properties for a reputable local contractor in partnership with a local council. The role involves carpentry work and basic multi-trade tasks, with emphasis on safety and resident service.

Candidates should have social housing or domestic maintenance experience, hold NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds in carpentry, and possess a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Must hold NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds in carpentry.
• Must have a full UK manual driving licence.
• Must have previous social housing or domestic maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Carry out carpentry repairs and maintenance on domestic properties.
• Complete associated multi-trade works where required.
• Provide a high level of customer service to residents.
• Ensure all works are completed safely and efficiently.
• Participate in a rotational on-call schedule for emergency repairs.

A Carpenter is required, working for a reputable local contractor in partnership with a local council. The role will involve carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance works on domestic properties. In addition to plumbing duties, candidates should be capable of completing basic multi-trade works to a high standard. Previous social housing or domestic maintenance experience is essential.
