Job summary

Carpenter Multi - Property Services in Harrow is seeking a Carpenter Multi-Trade to carry out responsive repairs and maintenance on domestic properties for a reputable local contractor in partnership with a local council.

The role requires an NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds in carpentry and a full UK driving licence, with previous social housing or domestic maintenance experience essential. Temporary to permanent opportunity with overtime available.

Qualifications

• Must hold an NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds in carpentry.
• Must have a full UK manual driving licence.
• Must have previous social housing or domestic maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out carpentry repairs and maintenance on domestic properties
• Completing associated multi-trade works where required
• Providing a high level of customer service to residents
• Ensuring all works are completed safely and efficiently
• Participating in a rotational on-call schedule for emergency repairs

A Carpenter is required, working for a reputable local contractor in partnership with a local council. The role will involve carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance works on domestic properties. In addition to plumbing duties, candidates should be capable of completing basic multi-trade works to a high standard. Previous social housing or domestic maintenance experience is essential.
