The Priory Primary School in Tadley is seeking a caring Teaching Assistant to support learning, development and wellbeing of our pupils. You will work with individual pupils, small groups and classes to help access the curriculum and build confidence.

You will foster inclusive learning, assist with literacy and numeracy, observe progress, support safeguarding, and help with resources and classroom organisation. Hours are 3 days per week during term time.

Responsabilités

• Supporting the delivery of engaging and inclusive learning activities across a range of curriculum areas.
• Assisting pupils with literacy, numeracy and other learning programmes.
• Providing targeted support for pupils with additional needs, including those with SEND.
• Promoting positive behaviour and helping to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
• Preparing learning resources and assisting with classroom organisation.
• Observing pupils' progress and sharing information with teaching staff to support assessment and planning.
• Supporting pupil wellbeing and safeguarding at all times.
• Supervising and supporting pupils during educational visits and other school activities.
