The Caretaker-EDBS Required position in Solihull offers £13.94 per hour on a full-time, temporary ongoing contract through Pertemps Solihull. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted key holder, opening and securing premises while conducting routine inspections and minor repairs. Working hours follow a standard weekly pattern, with flexibility required for operational needs. Essential skills include practical maintenance knowledge, reliability, and the ability to work independently. Enhanced DBS clearance is mandatory for this role. Essential Requirements

• Previous experience in a caretaker, maintenance, facilities, or similar role.
• Ability to carry out basic repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Good understanding of health and safety procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and capable of working independently.
• Flexible approach to working hours and site requirements.
• Applicants MUST hold a valid Enhanced DBS certificate.
• Applications without an Enhanced DBS will not be considered.
