Daily duties include checking fire exits, flushing water outlets, litter picking, recording utility meters, locking premises and completing general site inspections. The successful candidate reports maintenance defects and health and safety concerns, helping keep the school safe, clean and secure. Practical skills, reliability and a conscientious approach to building upkeep are essential. Prior caretaking or facilities experience within a school setting would prove advantageous for this hands-on position.

Key Responsibilities
