Job summary

Vertas Group's Facilities Team is recruiting a caretaker for St Swithuns C of E Primary Academy. The role involves day-to-day maintenance, minor repairs, and checks on heating, lighting and alarms, plus keeping health and safety records.

The position is a part-time, weekday shift of 12.5 hours per week, running from 3:30pm to 6:00pm all year round. An enhanced DBS check and right to work are required before an offer.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Overseeing maintenance and cleanliness of the site.
• Day-to-day maintenance and minor repairs.
