Name of Head Teacher:Sarah Bolt

Salary: Grade/scalepoint: School Premises, Level 2, Scale 4, salary range: £27,814 to £29,499including London Weighting.

Hours: 36 hours per weekto be worked between 8.00 a.m. – 4.00 p.m.; 52 weeks per year; holiday workingtimes may vary. This will be a fixed term post for one year.

The Post:

We are looking for an experienced,dedicated and reliable caretaker to join our amazing staff team. The role ofthe caretaker is:

• to maintain the security of theschool site;
• to undertake caretaking and basicmaintenance duties as required;
• to ensure that safety and hygieneare of a high standard across the school;
• to monitor the cleanliness of theschool site (an outside contractor cleans the school) and to keep toilets andother areas clean during the school day.

The Person:

You will need to be trustworthy and reliable; to have somerelevant experience of maintenance, security and caretaking work and to havegood spoken and written English.
