The Maintenance Worker will help ensure that all internal and external aspects of the scheme, including the fabric of the building, its furnishings, and equipment, are clean and well maintained to a high standard, and will:

• Follow a planned maintenance programme
• Identify and act on any repairs required
• Ensure the completion of repairs and maintenance activities personally or via contractors
• Collect and deliver items locally, including repair materials and furniture

Please note that this vacancy is known internally as Maintenance Worker.
