Qualifications

• Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Reinigungs- und Wartungsarbeiten.
• Kenntnisse in der Arbeit mit Handwerkzeugen und leichten Maschinen.

Responsibilities

• Wartung gemeinschaftlicher Bereiche in Wohnanlagen.
• Durchführung kleiner Wartungsarbeiten und Reinigungsdienste.
• Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden zur Identifizierung und Meldung von Problemen.

Skills

Erfahrung in ähnlicher Rolle

Kenntnisse der Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsgesetzgebung

Stoke-on-Trent

£25,400 - £26,737 per year

40 hours per week – Monday to Friday - 7:30am to 4:00pm

We have an opportunity for a Mobile Caretaker to join our Estate Services team, based in Stoke-on-Trent covering 25 Schemes in the Stoke and Staffordshire area. As a Mobile Caretaker you will be responsible for maintaining communal areas of our sheltered, supported living and general needs properties. The role of Mobile Caretaker will involve working in a team of two with some lone working and youwill have a company van for business use only.

The role of Mobile Caretaker will include:

• General cleaning and small maintenance jobs
• Fencing, jet washing and gutter cleaning
• Working with customers to identify and report faults, resolving issues and improving services
• Completing all documents and paperwork concerning tasks completed
• Ensuring tools and equipment are maintained in a suitable condition

Skills and experiences:

• Experience in a similar role or completing similar tasks
• Some experience of working to deadlines and prioritising work loads
• Working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
• Practical experience in operating hand tools and light machinery
• Good communication and customer care skills
• Basic computer skills
• This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence
