We’re currently looking to recruit a Caretaker , who will be responsible for the daily delivery of a range of services on our premises. Maintaining a safe environment, you will conduct site perimeter checks and fence repairs while also conducting grounds maintenance tasks such as jet washing, leaf removal and moving furniture. In addition, you will be expected to assist our cleaning operatives with their duties in the external and industrial areas of our site and provide cover for cleaning duties when necessary/required.

We’re looking for someone who be willing to pitch in with a variety of tasks linked to your job to support your manager, your team, and our client.

As an Apleona Caretaker, we’re looking for:

• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Experience in a similar role
• Experience in carrying out minor maintenance duties
• Great time keeping
• Basic knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Outlook

We’ll provide you with full training once you start and make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job and be part of the team. You will work the above hours and be paid an annual salary of up to £25,000 with access to the following Apleona employee benefits.
