Hours: 37 hours per week
Duration: Temporary until March 2027

As a Careers Adviser for the Aspiring Futures Team, you will work across various high schools in the borough, providing impartial careers advice and guidance to pupils from Year 9-11. Responsibilities include conducting 1:1 guidance interviews, facilitating group work sessions, supporting careers fairs and mock interview days, and tracking Year 11 pupils. You will also work with at-risk Year 11 students and learners with SEND.
You should be qualified to Level 6 in Advice and Guidance and experienced in delivering high-quality CEIAG to students from Year 7-11. You will be motivated, enthusiastic, non-judgemental, and person-centred, with excellent relationship-building skills. You should demonstrate positive behaviours such as being positive, accountable, and courageous. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team is essential.
