Job Description:

Top Ten Accountancy firm seeks an Early Careers Assessment Coordinator.

As an Early Careers Assessment Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering and coordinating assessment centres within a specific region. Working closely with the Early Careers Assessment Lead, Early Careers Process Coordinator, and other stakeholders, you will contribute to the firm's talent strategy, aligned with internal 'grow your own' initiatives and diversity goals.

Core duties will include:
  • Supporting the design, delivery, and coordination of assessment centres for incoming student intakes.
  • Organising and scheduling assessment centres.
  • Delivering presentations about the firm to prospective trainees at assessment centres.
  • Supporting initiatives to attract a diverse talent pool and ensuring delivery against D&I targets.
  • Managing assessment and selection tools, providing robust reporting on success measures.
  • Providing assessment centre technology training to candidates beforehand.
  • Ensuring full compliance with recruitment technology use.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to manage fair selection processes.
  • Enhancing the trainee experience by acting as a champion for quality and engagement.
  • Building relationships with the HR community to improve services and understand business growth areas.
  • Developing outreach strategies to connect with potential talent via schools, universities, and events.
  • Coordinating the RSM brand ambassador program with university placement students.
  • Providing timely feedback to candidates and managing offer processes.
  • Handling ad-hoc projects as needed.
