Job summary

Novus Cambria is seeking a Career and Work Coach based at HMP Berwyn, Wrexham. The role involves providing one-to-one guidance and group sessions to learners in custody and on release, helping them identify progression goals and reduce reoffending.

The post is permanent, full-time (37 hours per week). Salary £28,751.82–£32,589.16 per annum, with benefits including an Aviva auto-enrolment pension, retail discounts and an Employee Assistance Programme.
