Job summary

Providence Row in London is recruiting a Progression & Training Manager to lead our service supporting people facing homelessness and barriers to work. You will oversee delivery, staff performance and caseloads, ensuring clients receive strengths-based support and that outcomes are met.

You will develop a programme of vocational, digital and personal development activities, build employer and training-provider partnerships, and strengthen progression pathways towards independence and employment

Qualifications

Experience leading employability or progression services.
Experience supporting homelessness or barriers to employment.
Strong leadership and performance management skills.
Ability to build partnerships with employers and training providers.

Responsibilities

Oversee service delivery, staff performance and caseloads to ensure high-quality progression support.
Use performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop staff practice.
Oversee and develop vocational, digital and personal-development training programmes.
Build relationships with employers, training providers and partners to create progression opportunities.
