Job summary

London Black Women\'s Project in London is seeking a Programme Manager to lead LBWP\'s new training and development programme, enabling ex-service users to develop skills to become frontline workers and progress into employment.

The role involves developing and implementing a three-year programme, coordinating internal staff and external consultants, and delivering a responsive provision that meets the trainees\' needs and supports their pathways into work.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing complex programmes with service users in a charity or similar.
• Experience supporting and/or line managing women from Global Majority with lived experience.
• Strong understanding of domestic violence services for Global Majority women and children.
• Experience developing new programmes, including new systems, processes, internal and external communications.
• Experience developing qualitative and quantitative monitoring systems and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• The Programme Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the programme which will run over three years, supporting several cohorts of trainees, working with internal staff and external consultants to deliver the training programme and ensuring all aspects of the programme meet the trainees' needs.
