Providence Row in London is seeking a Progression & Training Manager to lead our service supporting people experiencing homelessness and barriers to work toward employment, training, learning and volunteering.

You will manage a small team, oversee delivery, performance and caseloads, and use data to drive improvements while developing vocational, digital and personal development activities that form a coherent pathway to independence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a small team in a progression or employability service.
• Track record of improving outcomes using performance data.
• Experience supporting people facing barriers to employment, incl. homelessness.

Responsabilités

• Lead service delivery and manage staff performance.
