Job summary

Nova Training is seeking a Placement & Progression Officer to support learners in progressing from centre to work placements. You will help develop employer partnerships and ensure high-quality IAG that leads to positive outcomes.

You will manage referrals, vet placements, and review learner progress while driving progression to Apprenticeships or Traineeships. Strong local marketing and collaboration with employers are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum level 2 literacy, numeracy & ICT.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Experience in a sales/IAG oriented environment.
• Able to meet targets and KPI expectations.

Responsibilities

• Support learners with the transition from centre to work placements.
• Undertake the initial vetting and updates of work experience/apprenticeship placements.
• Undertake periodic reviews of learners in work experience placements.
• Encourage employers to employ learners into Apprenticeship or Traineeship programmes.
• Create strong relationships with colleagues and external organisations as progression routes.
• Coordinate local marketing and careers events and referral outreach.
