Capital City College Group is seeking a Work Placement Officer to support and drive key operational functions at a leading London FE provider. Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Experience developing relationships with employers and generating work placements, apprenticeships or employment opportunities
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt
• Experience managing a learner caseload and supporting individuals into employment or progression

Responsibilities

• Secure and evidence eligible employment outcomes (e.g., 'Good Work' and 'Other Work') for funded programmes
• Evidence outcomes within required timescales and ensure auditable documentation
• Collaborate with college teams to support learners into employment, apprenticeships or progression
