Job summary

Reactive Permanent Recruitment invites applications for a Nursery Practitioner across Bromley, with a home-from-home setting in one of their welcoming nurseries. Roles include full-time 40 hours per week (4 or 5 days) or part-time 20-25 hours per week, on-site in Orpington and surrounding Bromley locations.

Qualified Level 2 or 3 Early Years practitioners are preferred, with strong communication, organisation, and customer service skills.

Qualifications

Hold a full and relevant Early Years Childcare Qualification Level 2 or 3.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
Provide outstanding customer service.
Able to manage time and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

To work as part of a team and provide a home from home environment for all children.
To keep and maintain accurate records and reports.
To model best practice in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
To support the Room Leader to ensure the highest standards of Early Years care and Education across the setting.
