Job summary

Reactive Permanent Recruitment invites applications for a Nursery Practitioner across Bromley, with a home-from-home setting in one of their welcoming nurseries. Roles include full-time 40 hours per week (4 or 5 days) or part-time 20-25 hours per week, on-site in Orpington and surrounding Bromley locations.

Qualified Level 2 or 3 Early Years practitioners are preferred, with strong communication, organisation, and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Hold a full and relevant Early Years Childcare Qualification Level 2 or 3.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Able to manage time and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• To work as part of a team and provide a home from home environment for all children.
• To keep and maintain accurate records and reports.
• To model best practice in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
• To support the Room Leader to ensure the highest standards of Early Years care and Education across the setting.

Reactive Recruitment are working with a highly regarded and reputable nursery and pre-school group with over 50 sites across the England. Due to growth, our client seek a number of Level 2 or 3 Nursery Practitioners to work in their sites across Bromley.

Nursery Practitioner Package/hours

• Hourly rates range from £13.78-15.20 per hour depending on qualification and experience
• Working from one of their inspiring Bromley sites
• Full-time 40 hours per week (choice of 4 or 5 days)
• Part-time 20-25 hours per week
