Job summary

Reactive Recruitment are seeking Nursery Practitioners for Bromley sites. Roles available in full-time (40 hours per week, 4 or 5 days) or part-time (20–25 hours). Hourly rates range from £13.78 to £15.20 depending on qualification and experience.

Excellent induction, training and career progression offered. Responsibilities include providing a home-from-home environment for children, maintaining records, and supporting the Room Leader to uphold high standards of care and education.

Qualifications

• Hold a full and relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2 or 3).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational ability and attention to detail.
• Provide outstanding customer service and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to provide a home from home environment for children.
• Keep and maintain accurate records and reports.
• Model best practice in line with regulatory guidelines.
• Support the Room Leader to ensure high standards of care and education.
