Key duties include building relationships with participants, CV development, job searching, interview prep, and collaborating with local employers and training providers to create progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience meeting targets and using IT systems like MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Manage a caseload of participants and provide personalised employment support.
• Build positive relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Carry out assessments to identify strengths, goals and support needs.
• Develop tailored action plans for progression into employment.
• Help participants with CVs, job searching, applications and interview preparation.
• Support progression into sustainable employment, training or further education.
• Engage with local employers and match participants to vacancies and opportunities.
• Work with training providers and community partners to signpost services.
