Job summary

Trigon Recruitment Ltd is recruiting an Employment Advisor for the Connect to Work contract in a community-based setting. You will support individuals with health conditions or barriers to maintain and progress in work, combining coaching and employer engagement to achieve positive outcomes.

Role focuses on personalised action plans, advocacy, and collaboration with employers to enable sustainable employment and development opportunities. A full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing one-to-one support to individuals in employment.
• Develop personalised action plans for job retention and progression.
• Monitor progress and adjust support as needs change.
• Build strong employer partnerships and promote inclusive practices.
• Signpost to specialist services and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and meet service targets.
