Job summary

Recruited UK is seeking an experienced Employment Advisor in Sheffield to support unemployed individuals into employment, training and education. You will manage a caseload, provide tailored advice and deliver employability interventions through one-to-one and group sessions.

The role involves CV support, job searching, creating action plans and building strong relationships with customers, employers and partner organisations. You must have right to work in the UK and be able to work Mon-Fri.

Qualifications

• Experience in employment and skills guidance or similar roles.
• Proven ability to meet targets and KPIs.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
• Strong IT and administration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of customers and providing tailored employability advice.
• Delivering one-to-one and group employability support.
• Assisting with CV preparation, job searching and applications.
• Developing action plans to overcome barriers to employment.
• Liaising with employers, colleges, Jobcentre Plus and partner organisations.
• Delivering workshops and group sessions and maintaining records.
