Sevacare UK Ltd in the Wednesbury area is recruiting care workers to support older adults in their own homes. The role is community-based with flexible hours including full-time, part-time, and weekends.

You will provide personal care, medication support, meal preparation, and domestic duties. We offer paid holidays, Enhanced DBS, a free uniform, free training, and 24-hour backup support.

We are recruiting Care workers to join our friendly team in the Wednesbury and surrounding areas, caring for older adults living in your local community.

Flexible working hours, full-time, part-time hours, or weekends only available.

Job Role

The role is community based and includes providing support and personal care for people in their own homes to help them to be safe and independent.

Duties are varied and include:

• Personal care
• Medication support
• Meal preparation
• Domestic duties
• £13 per hour (we do not pay per minute like many other home care providers) we pay 30p per mile
• Paid holidays
• Enhanced DBS paid for by the company
• Free company uniform
• Free training, experience is not essential for this role as we provide a specialised induction training programme and ongoing support, additional training, and guidance for our staff
• Out of hours call centre 24hour back up support.
