Sevacare UK Ltd in Birmingham is seeking compassionate Care Workers to visit older adults in Alum Rock and surrounding areas, delivering personal care and practical support in residents' homes.

Flexible hours include full-time, part-time or weekend shifts, with paid holidays, DBS check covered, free uniform, and ongoing training. You will join a friendly team with 24-hour backup support and a mileage allowance of 30p per mile.

Competenze

• Experience not required as induction training is provided.
• Compassionate and reliable with a caring approach.
• Able to work in residents' homes in Alum Rock area.

Mansioni

• Personal care for older adults in their own homes.
• Medication support as required by the care plan.
• Meal preparation and basic domestic tasks.

Job Role

The role is community based and includes providing support and personal care for people in their own homes to help them to be safe and independent.

Duties are varied and include:

• Personal care
• Medication support
• Meal preparation
• Domestic duties
• £13 per hour (we do not pay per minute like many other home care providers) we pay 30p per mile
• Paid holidays
• Enhanced DBS paid for by the company
• Free company uniform
• Free training, experience is not essential for this role as we provide a specialised induction training programme and ongoing support, additional training, and guidance for our staff
• Out of hours call centre 24hour back up support.
