Sevacare UK Ltd in Birmingham Central and surrounding areas is seeking care workers to support older adults in their own homes, focusing on personal care, medication support, and daily living assistance to promote safety and independence.
We offer flexible hours including full-time, part-time, and weekends, plus paid holidays, DBS covered by the company, a free uniform, comprehensive induction training, and 24/7 back-up support from our call centre.
Competenze
- Experience in care is not required; induction training provided.
- Compassionate and respectful approach to supporting older adults.
Mansioni
- Provide personal care to older adults in their own homes.
- Assist with medication administration and reminders.
- Prepare meals and assist with daily living activities.
- Carry out light domestic duties as needed.

We are recruiting Care workers to join our friendly team in the Birmingham Central and surrounding areas, caring for older adults living in your local community.
Flexible working hours, full-time, part-time hours, or weekends only available.

The role is community based and includes providing support and personal care for people in their own homes to help them to be safe and independent.
Duties are varied and include:
- Personal care
- Medication support
- Meal preparation
- Domestic duties
- £13 per hour (we do not pay per minute like many other home care providers) we pay 30p per mile
- Paid holidays
- Enhanced DBS paid for by the company
- Free company uniform
- Free training, experience is not essential for this role as we provide a specialised induction training programme and ongoing support, additional training, and guidance for our staff
- Out of hours call centre 24hour back up support
