Sevacare UK Ltd in Birmingham is recruiting Care Workers to join our friendly team serving Kingstanding, Erdington and Great Barr. You will provide in‑home support and personal care to older adults in your local community, with flexible full-time, part-time or weekend options.

Duties include personal care, medication support, meal preparation and domestic tasks. We offer paid holidays, Enhanced DBS funded by the company, free uniform, comprehensive induction training and 24/7 backup call centre

We are recruiting Care workers to join our friendly team in the Kingstanding, Erdington and Great Barr, caring for older adults living in your local community.

Job Role

The role is community based and includes providing support and personal care for people in their own homes to help them to be safe and independent.

Duties are varied and include:

• Personal care
• Medication support
• Meal preparation
• Domestic duties
• £13 per hour (we do not pay per minute like many other home care providers) we pay 30p per mile
• Paid holidays
• Enhanced DBS paid for by the company
• Free company uniform
• Free training, experience is not essential for this role as we provide a specialised induction training programme and ongoing support, additional training, and guidance for our staff
• Out of hours call centre 24hour back up support.
