Sevacare UK Ltd is seeking Care Workers for Aston, Lozells and surrounding areas to support older adults in their homes. The role offers flexible hours including full-time, part-time, and weekends, with induction and ongoing training provided.

The job focuses on enabling independence through personal care, meal prep, and medication support in a community-based setting.

Competenze

Experience is not essential; a specialised induction is provided.
Duties include personal care, medication support, meals and light housework.
Full training and ongoing support are provided.

Mansioni

About The Role

We are recruiting Care workers to join our friendly team in the Aston, Lozells and surrounding areas, caring for older adults living in your local community.

Flexible working hours, full-time, part-time hours, or weekends only available.

Job Role

The role is community based and includes providing support and personal care for people in their own homes to help them to be safe and independent.

Duties are varied and include:

Personal care
Medication support
Meal preparation
Domestic duties
£13 per hour (we do not pay per minute like many other home care providers) we pay 30p per mile
Paid holidays
Enhanced DBS paid for by the company
Free company uniform
Free training, experience is not essential for this role as we provide a specialised induction training programme and ongoing support, additional training, and guidance for our staff
Out of hours call centre 24hour back up support.
